The Social Emotional Learning and School Climate Committee will share resources with families about current SEL school practices and initiatives and how to support students’ social and emotional growth. Additionally, we will monitor DOE reports on school climate and provide a forum for families to discuss any SEL or school climate concerns and/or needs about their school environment, particularly in the context of post-pandemic challenges and current world traumas. There will be opportunities to learn from experts in the field and practitioners on the ground.
